Acceptable Use Policy

At Bizionic Technologies Pvt Ltd, its desktop version, browser extensions, application, mobile-optimized version, and other media formats (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), we offer users services across the globe after clicking the acceptable use policy. We are very proud of the product and services we are building along with our developers, open-source community, and supporters. We rely on you to utilize our services properly in return.
You certify that neither you nor any third parties will abuse the Platform and the services provided (the “Services”).

It would be best if you did not even attempt to do any of the following about the Services/Platform, for instance:

  • Any technique (such as “scraping” or creating accounts in bulk) to access, search, or create accounts for the Services other than our publicly supported interfaces; without following, probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network;

  • Access, tamper with, or utilize private or shared portions of the services that you haven’t been invited to; violate or otherwise get around any security or authentication procedures;

  • Interfering with or upsetting any host, user, or network by, for example, overloading, flooding, spamming, or sending unsolicited mail to any area of the services;

  • Transmit spam, unsolicited marketing materials, or messages;

  • Send manipulated, incorrect, or misleading source attributions, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;

  • Without a proper license, promote or advertise goods or services other than your own;

  • Misusing promotions or referrals to obtain more storage than is justified or to resell storage space obtained through promotions or referrals;

  • Get around storage space restrictions;

  • Sell the Services unless expressly permitted to do so or buy them from an unauthorized vendor;

  • Publish, distribute, or store items that are indecent, illegal, pornographic, or otherwise sexually exploitative of children (including materials that may not be criminal child sexual abuse material but sexually exploit or advocate the sexual exploitation of minors);

  • Release, disseminate, or store material that encourages or contains acts of extreme violence or terrorism, including terrorism or violent extremist propaganda;

  • Support bigotry, hatred, or the inciting of violence against any individual or group of individuals because of their race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, impairment, or any other trait(s) linked to systemic marginalization;

  • Taunt or abuse Bizionic Technologies Pvt Ltd and its affiliates and service providers, employees, representatives, or agents who provide services on the company’s behalf;

  • Break the law in any way possible, such as by keeping, disseminating, or publishing anything that is false, defamatory, or deceptive or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;

  • Breach the privacy or rights of others by publishing, disseminating, or retaining their private or identifiable information without their consent to harass, expose, hurt, or otherwise profit from them;

  • Utilize the services as infrastructure for your cloud services or as a backup;

  • Use cryptographic proof-of-space, proof-of-storage, or any other equivalent proof system based on the storage space made available by the Services;

  • Use or access the Services in contravention of any terms and policies published on the Platform;

  • Engage in financial fraud, such as fraudulent chargebacks, using credit cards or other payment methods, or any other means of receiving the Services without making the necessary payments.

We reserve the right to respond to violations of this acceptable use policy by taking appropriate action, which may entail removing or blocking access to content, suspending a user’s usage of the Services, or closing an account, without prejudice to other legal rights and remedies available to us under the laws.
